lunges help the but but you have to do them slowly, and also, for celulite there are some lotions that help and also you can do leg lifts, and other thigh and leg exercises.

Stand up straight and hold on to the back of a chair and kick your legs backwards whil bending the knee. Do that about 20 or 30 times a day per leg and you will be able to see the difference real quick. That is how the celebrities get their legs and butt in shape. It actually works.

here’s what helped me and i lost over 70#… i started out on the elliptical trainer and stair stepper, i couldn’t do very much at first but i would do about 10 minutes on each every day, and every few days to week i would add just a couple of minutes (i got up to 65 minutes of each every day to every other day). after i built up a little more confidence, i began taking a dance class, tae kwon do, and pilates. tae kwon do seemed to help the most, since it involved lots of kicking exercises. i also started doing squats, boy my legs hurt! but man oh man they sure toned up so well. i did the squats on the smith machine, just begining with the bar (45#) and building up every couple of weeks. if your going to a gym ask one of the trainers to show you proper technique so that you don’t hurt yourself. (by the way, i’m female, if that makes a difference)

Mesotherapy: Here number of injections of special medicines or homeopathic ingredients is given to increase metabolism. The main disadvantages are persistent soreness, bruising, and pain while taking injections.
Cosmetic surgery: It includes many likely surgical procedures like liposuction to break down the fat deposits; subcision where the top layer of skin is cut, cutting the connective tissues between the fat globules and the skin, and letting the fluid to pervade the pockets, smoothening the appearance of the cellulite; and fat transfer, where fat deposits are injected to pervade the pockets and give the cellulite a smooth appearance. Cosmetic surgery has successfully eliminated cellulite, but can have harmful side effects like infection, inflammation, pain, and recovery time.
